After one class, participants ask their leadership for more. <blush> Plus, we know that when people are exposed to new ideas over time, they’re more likely to implement what they’ve learned. So four cooking classes translates to lasting shifts in behavior. These are fun, life enriching activity that pack a punch - sustainability, wellness, team building, and employee appreciation. Additionally, there are many benefits to eating with the seasons, but we’ll save that for class.*
Quarterly 1 hour cooking demos featuring seasonal produce & cooking techniques
Four touch points throughout the year to support employees in integrating more plants into their diet
Recipes included
$800 virtual; $1300 onsite (samples of recipes for up to 30 employees)
Optional add-on of a seasonal recipe per month for continuity of inspiration & skill building and to sustain momentum between sessions - $200
