Virtual and In-Person Group Classes

It was so much fun and the best hour of my week! Thank you for the tips. Blessed to work for a company that cares and organizes these types of events.

I’m not much of a cook, but after listening to Lauren yesterday she inspired me to try something new. Like cook. My counter is now full of squash. I have to practice for Thanksgiving.

This would be a great addition to any corporate or union wellness program. I have worked with Lauren for the past couple of years as the Wellness Program Coordinator at UA Local 290 - a building trades union. The education and skills Local 290 members have gained from Lauren’s classes have changed the way we approach food and cooking and we always look forward to our next class with her. Lauren brings to her classes a wealth of knowledge and experience with easy to follow food preparation. She is also very creative, relatable and flexible, making it possible for her to reach groups and individuals who wouldn’t normally seek out plant based cooking classes. This is not your typical cooking class. Lauren’s style and personality is vibrant, creative and accessible to a wide variety of audiences and she keeps it simple.

It was fun and the food was very tasty. I already added cabbage to my grocery list so I can make roasted cabbage again. I can’t even remember the last time that I bought cabbage before picking it up for this class. I look forward to the next cooking session with you!

Thank you for the class today! It was fun and I actually learned something, which usually doesn’t happen much on Zoom calls.

I’ve been watching a variety of cooking videos on YouTube but your class had a different vibe (more intimate, personal) and I appreciated the ability to ask questions and get specific tips on techniques that were relevant to what you were demonstrating.

Thanks for the great class! We are now thinking outside the Kraft mac and cheese box.
